Shipment

For orders within Pakistan, the estimated shipping time is 2-4 working days unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. Any delays will be communicated to the customer accordingly. However, if no communication (via email or phone) is established, it may be due to non-working or undefined contact information.

For international customers, the delivery time is approximately 11-15 working days after payment confirmation (via bank transfer). Please note that unexpected delays may occur during customs clearance or due to unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, the delay may extend to 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any delays that occur, and it is not our responsibility to inform customers of such delays for both domestic and international orders regardless of the payment method used.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the selected location. These charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, such as customs or duties, imposed by local authorities or governments (for orders outside of Pakistan). Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be borne by them.
